This repository now starts from a clean Astro baseline.
The previous monorepo, CMS setup, and legacy application code have been removed so the portfolio can be rebuilt around a tighter content model and a simpler publishing workflow.
The immediate goals of this setup are straightforward:
- keep the stack minimal
- make MDX publishing first-class
- preserve
docs/as the planning source of truth - leave room for future portfolio pages, case studies, and writing
The next iteration will focus on real content instead of scaffolding.
